Uniform Policy

Uniform Policy

It is the expectation that scholars adhere to the Thurgood Marshall uniform policy which aligns with the School District of Philadelphia student code of conduct. Scholars will be checked during their homeroom for uniform compliance.

Uniform Purchases

Cash: Uniforms will be available for purchase in the main office daily, during the school year from 9am – 3pm. Cash only accepted with in-school purchases. Receipts will be issued upon request.

Online: Register your scholar at philasd.schoolcashonline.com . This service will be utilized throughout the school year.  All available items for purchase are listed and may be picked up from the school once purchased. Please note: A small traction fee will be added to use the service. Online pricing may vary slightly from cash pricing. Please contact the school at 215-400-3770 with any questions or concerns.

Acceptible Attire
Tops: Thurgood Marshall logoed tops (polo-shirt, t-shirt, hoodie or sweatshirt)
Bottoms: pants (navy blue, black, gray), Thurgood Marshall logo sweatpants (navy blue, black, gray), shorts (must be finger tipped length with no rips or holes)
Footwear: closed-toe shoes, sneakers or crocs

Unacceptable Attire
Tops: revealed stomach or back or crop tops
Bottoms: denim jeans, leggings, biker/spandex shorts
Footwear: open-toe shoes, sandals or slides
Outerwear: coats/jackets, hats/beanies, ski-masks or Gloves
